1. Introduction
This website (the "Site") offers information, products, and services related to real estate (the "Services") that RE/MAX Concierge provides. We operate this website and may use third-party contractors to support the delivery of the Services and the Site ("Service Providers").
If you are a visitor to this Site, this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use applies to you and describes the policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in connection with your use of the Site. We act as the controller of your personal data, and our Service Providers assist us in providing the Services solely in their capacities as service providers and data processors.
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use does not apply to any websites, applications, or other online services that do not link to this Policy, including other services provided by us or by our Service Providers. If you have questions about our use of your personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 12 below.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We collect information from you in various ways when you access or use the Site or otherwise interact with the Services. This information may include:
Information You Provide to Us
Contact information that you provide, such as your first and last name, email address, home address, and phone number; feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or other correspondence; marketing information, such as your preferences and consents for receiving communications about our activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with such communications; and other information which you may provide voluntarily or that is necessary in connection with your interactions with us through the Site or Services.
Information We Obtain from Third Parties
Social media information.We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with these pages, the platform providers' privacy policies will apply to your interactions and their collection, use, and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Data enrichment sources. We may obtain additional information about you from third-party data providers, including property records and public records databases, demographic and behavioral data providers, social media profile information where publicly available, and other commercially available data sources. This information helps us provide more relevant services and communications.
Other sources. We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as third-party analytics services, marketing partners, publicly available sources, and data providers.
CRM and Communication Data
If you communicate with us via email, text message, or other electronic means, or if we use customer relationship management ("CRM") tools to manage our interactions with you, we may collect and process: email message content, headers, metadata, and attachments; text message content and metadata; communication timestamps, read receipts, and delivery status; contact information and communication history; and notes and records relating to our interactions with you.
Our CRM services may synchronize with email accounts to facilitate communication management. When email synchronization is enabled, information from emails exchanged with you may be processed and stored, including email content, sender and recipient information, timestamps, and attachments. This data is used to provide better service, maintain accurate records, and facilitate follow-up communications.
Automatic Data Collection
We and our Service Providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our Services, our communications, and other online services, such as device data (including operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type, IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile carrier, and general location information such as city, state, or geographic area) and online activity data (such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on them, browsing history, navigation paths, access times and duration, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them).
We use the following tools for automatic data collection: cookies (text files that websites store on a visitor's device to identify the browser or store settings); local storage technologies that provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data; and web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, used to show that a webpage or email was accessed or opened, or that certain content was viewed or clicked.
3. How We (and Our Service Providers) May Use Your Personal Information
We may use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate our Services and our Site: to provide, operate, and improve our Services and Site; communicate with you about our Services and business, including announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; and provide support and respond to requests, questions, and feedback.
- To manage our relationship with you: we use CRM tools to maintain records of our communications, track your preferences and interests, and provide personalized service. This may include analyzing your interactions with us to better understand your needs.
- To send you follow-up communications: if you have opted in, we or our Service Providers may from time to time send follow-up communications as permitted by law, including by phone, email, and SMS text message, some of which may use artificial or prerecorded voices. You may opt out as set out in Section 7.
- To send you marketing and promotional communications: if you have opted in, we or our Service Providers may from time to time send direct marketing communications as permitted by law. Other than as set out in Section 5, your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out as set out in Section 7.
- To comply with law: as we or our Service Providers believe necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as responding to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.
- For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety:to protect our, your, or others' rights, privacy, safety, or property, including by making and defending legal claims; to enforce the terms that govern our Services; and to protect, investigate, and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.
- To create anonymous data: we may create anonymous data by removing information that makes data personally identifiable to you. We may use and share anonymous data for lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve our Services, conduct research, and promote our business.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning technologies to provide and improve our Services. This section describes how AI is used in connection with the Site and Services.
AI-Generated Content
We may use AI technologies to generate, assist with, or enhance content displayed on the Site or provided through our Services, including property descriptions and listing information; blog posts, articles, and other written content; social media posts and marketing materials; email communications and newsletters; and advertising copy and promotional content.
AI-generated content is created using large language models and other machine learning systems. While we review AI-generated content for accuracy and appropriateness, such content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important decisions, including real estate transactions, without independent verification.
AI-Assisted Communications
We may use AI to assist with communications, including drafting and suggesting responses to inquiries; analyzing communication patterns to improve service; providing automated responses to common questions; and prioritizing and categorizing incoming communications. When AI assists with communications, a human may review and approve messages before they are sent, though some automated responses may be sent without individual human review.
AI-Based Analysis and Recommendations
We may use AI to analyze data and provide recommendations, including identifying potential opportunities based on your stated preferences and behavior; suggesting properties that may match your criteria; analyzing market trends and conditions; and optimizing the timing and content of communications. These analyses are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. Important decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals.
Your Rights Regarding AI
You have the right to request information about whether AI was used to generate specific content; request human review of significant decisions made with AI assistance; opt out of certain AI-powered features where technically feasible; and provide feedback on AI-generated content or recommendations. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
5. How We Share Your Personal Information
We do not "sell" any personal information as defined under applicable laws, but we may share your personal information as described below and elsewhere in this Policy. We may share your personal information with:
- Internal team, partners, and affiliates: our employees and contractors, partners, and affiliates, including to facilitate your interactions with us.
- Our Service Providers: companies that provide services on our behalf. The Service Providers currently used to operate this Site and our business are Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (contact form processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), Inside Real Estate / BoldTrail (customer relationship management and property search), and Google Workspace (email).
- Professional advisors: such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers, where necessary in the course of professional services rendered to us.
- For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety: for the purposes described in Section 3.
- Business transfers: in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or dissolution. In such a case we will make reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Policy.
Other than as set out here, data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will never disclose personal information such as phone numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes.
6. Advertising and Tracking Technologies
We may use advertising and tracking technologies to deliver relevant advertising and measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Third-party advertising platforms.We may share certain information with third-party advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and other advertising networks, to deliver targeted advertisements based on your interests and interactions with our Site; measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; create audiences of similar users ("lookalike audiences"); and track conversions and attribute advertising performance. When you interact with our Site, these platforms may collect information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including device identifiers, browsing behavior, and interactions with our advertisements.
Tracking pixels and conversion events. We may use tracking pixels on our Site to track when you view or interact with our content; measure the effectiveness of email campaigns; attribute conversions to specific advertising campaigns; and analyze user behavior on our Site.
Interest-based advertising. We may participate in interest-based advertising, which means you may see our advertisements on third-party websites and platforms based on your browsing behavior and inferred interests.
7. Privacy Choices and Opt-Outs
Online tracking opt-out
You can block cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies, including those used for interest-based advertising; follow the instructions in your browser settings. For more about cookies, including how to see and delete them, visit allaboutcookies.org. Your mobile device settings may let you limit use of the advertising ID associated with your device. You can also use a privacy-focused browser or plugins such as Privacy Badger, DuckDuckGo, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin.
To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, Google publishes a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Platform opt-outs
Google, Facebook. Industry tools: Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative. These mechanisms are specific to the device and browser on which they are exercised, so you will need to opt out on each browser and device you use.
SMS and email
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any message we send. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also contact us directly using Section 12 and we will action it.
8. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with us, you may have the right to request information about how we have collected and used your personal information; access to a copy of the personal information we hold about you, in a portable machine-readable format where applicable; correction of information that is inaccurate or out of date; deletion of information we no longer need; and additional rights such as objecting to or restricting our use of your information, or withdrawing consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 12.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact information and communication records are generally retained for the duration of our relationship with you and a reasonable period afterwards. CRM data, including email synchronization data, is retained while you maintain an active relationship with us unless longer retention is required by law. Transactional records may be retained to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including the record retention obligations Georgia places on licensed brokerages. Marketing preferences are retained until you update them or opt out. When information is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize it.
10. Third Party Services and Security
The Site may contain links to websites and online services operated by third parties, including our property search, which is operated by Inside Real Estate. Creating an account or saving searches there is governed by their privacy policy rather than this one. These links are not an endorsement, we do not control those services, and we are not responsible for their actions.
We employ technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect, appropriate to the risk of processing, and we follow generally accepted industry standards both in transmission and in storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, so while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Wire fraud warning
Real estate transactions are a frequent target for wire fraud. We will never email you wiring instructions, and we will never ask you to change wiring instructions by email. If you receive anything appearing to come from us containing wire instructions, do not act on it. Call our office at a number you already know to be ours before moving any money.
11. Children and SMS Terms of Use
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information through the Services from a child under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
SMS Text Messaging Terms of Use
Use. We use SMS text messaging to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
Unsubscribing. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. We will send a message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.
Assistance. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at remaxconciergega@gmail.com.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Frequency and rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from us. Message frequency may vary. Questions about your text or data plan are best directed to your wireless provider.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and posting the revised version on this website.
14. Notice of Collection and Additional Rights for California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA") permits you to request information, no more than once per calendar year, regarding the disclosure of your personal data by us to third parties, including for those third parties' direct marketing purposes.
Categories of personal information collected
In the preceding 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); commercial information (property preferences and transaction history); internet or electronic network activity (browsing history and interactions with our Site); geolocation data (city and state derived from IP address); professional or employment-related information if provided; inferences drawn from the above; and sensitive personal information only if voluntarily provided.
Requests to know, delete, or correct
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collecting it, the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed, and how long it is retained. You also have the right to request deletion, or correction of inaccurate data. Submit requests to the email or mailing address in Section 12. We are not required to respond to requests to know more than twice in a 12-month period.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. You must provide the agent written permission, and we may require that you verify your identity directly with us. An agent holding power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465 may submit a request on your behalf.
Our response
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, used only for that purpose. We will acknowledge receipt within ten business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, up to 90 days, we will tell you why in writing. Disclosures cover the 12-month period preceding the request. We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will explain why and provide an estimate first.
Non-discrimination
You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your California privacy rights.
Selling and sharing
We do not "sell" personal data as defined under the CCPA. We may "share" certain personal information, such as device identifiers and browsing activity, with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in Section 6. You have the right to opt out of this sharing by contacting us using Section 12.
Sensitive personal information
The CCPA provides a right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not request sensitive personal information in connection with your use of the Site.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send "Do Not Track" signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. To learn more, visit allaboutdnt.com. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as valid opt-out requests under the CCPA.
